Service Technician 2+ years

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician and Installer who has at least 2 years of experience working for a mechanical contractor. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing HVAC systems for both residential and commercial clients.

$55,000 to $85,000 and more depending on experience

Responsibilities:

Maintain, repair, and install HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
Diagnose system issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment.
Communicate effectively with clients to provide exceptional service and address their HVAC needs.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and your team.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience working for a mechanical contractor.
Live within 25 miles of our Dexter, MI service area
Strong technical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
Able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and subsequent periodic drug screening.
EPA 608 Universal Certification
