Your Responsibilities

• Perform installation, service, and repair of HVAC systems in accordance with specifications and safety standards.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot basic system issues and communicate findings clearly.

• Perform routine maintenance to ensure system performance and longevity.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain clear communication with clients and team members on every job.

• Uphold workplace safety protocols at all times.

 

What We’re Looking For

• One or more years of experience working for a mechanical contractor.

• Strong mechanical skills.

• Basic proficiency in installing and maintaining HVAC systems.

• Eagerness to learn, strong attention to detail, and a solid work ethic.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to learn and grow in a team environment.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• EPA Universal Certification.

 

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

• Live within a 25 radius of our shop in Dexter, MI to reliably service our customers.
