Chris and his team installed a new dual-fuel heat pump for us about a month ago, and I can't recommend them highly enough! I am so grateful to Chris for actually understanding the desperate situation of having your AC broken in 90 degree heat, and then immediately asking Kyle to swing by our house to check on it the same day (within like 30 minutes of my call). Our AC broke this weekend, and our house was in the mid 80's (i.e. miserable), and several places we called Monday morning were happy to help us out, just 7 days from now. Yikes. I found 365 Mechanical online and Chris was super nice on the phone, and he said he would try his best to have someone come in the next 24 hours (which I was thrilled with compared to a week), but then, Kyle called right away because he was nearby, came out and identified and fixed the problem within 30 minutes at a super reasonable rate, and now, it's Monday evening and our house is back to normal! Chris is the first totally fair and honest HVAC man I’ve worked with. I realize now that the best bids and charges I’ve had in the past were too high by the thousands. I love living in a small town. As you know (because I’ve been moaning and groaning about it), our AC didn’t work when we tried to turn it on a few days ago... going into a holiday weekend with 90-95 degree temps forecast. A neighbor sent me a note and said to call her friend, who had recently started his own AC business the next town over. We said, "no way - not calling someone and bothering them on a holiday weekend" and she said "call him, he won’t mind." We called last night around dinner time.
